Are orders shipped?

My guides are digital products so you will be able to access your purchases straight after payment!

Can I get a refund?

As my products are Ebooks and every customer will receive a download link after checkout my guides are none refundable. All sales are final. If you are unhappy or have any problems with your guides please email me at mimifitnessplans@gmail.com

I sent an dm/email but haven't had a response?

I get hundreds of DMs via instagram everyday so if you have an urgent matter emailing mimifitnessplans@gmail.com will be the fastest option. My emails also get flooded during sales and as i am the only one replying this can also take a few days. If it has been longer than 72 hours please re-email as they can get lost in the madness. Thank you!

My card got charged more than it should?

I am based in the UK meaning all prices are in GBP. During checkout your order will be converted into your own currency which changes the price. There is a Paypal option making it easier for my international customers! Please before purchase go on xe.com or another currency exchange website and see what price your order totals up to so there is no confusion. You are not charged any more money after checkout. Once you have purchased your guides they're available to you forever.
